General Survey Reports
Overview:
These reports provide detailed information on survey analysis for all positions surveyed. Unlike the Client Specific Reports the General Survey Reports therefore allow a user to access information on all survey roles, even where data may not have been submitted.
Note that these reports provide static data only, as they are restricted to standard analyses, similar to the type of data which would be included in traditional printed reports.

Highlights
A sumamry of national results and trends, to provide cntext for the survey results.
This report replaces the "Highlights Report" previousy available as a downloadable document.

National remuneration analysis for each role

Pay distribution
A range of reports which show the national distribution of remuneration for each role (salary increases, Base Salary, Total Remuneration)

Breakdown of the Benefits package for each position

Functional group summary
A report setting out quartile analysis for each position, across all market segments.

Motor vehicle values
A table showing the classification of motor vehicles, and the values attributed to each class for survey purposes.
